I passed the test today with a 856.

I used the All-in-One Network+ . Overall it was a good book, but not as
good as the ones that Mike Meyers writes.

Any suggestions on what to try next?

Congratulation

Microsoft accepts CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications as alternatives to
elective exams in MCSA

Novell accepts Network+ as an equivalent for one of the prereqisites for CNE

Network+ is a requirment to become an HP Certified Systems Administrator.

Network+ also gives you a good knowledge for CCNA
