You should create user accounts on each workstation for all other users and
add all workstations to the same workgroup.

| There's not really much to it. I'm not as familiar with 2000, but with XP
your best bet is to run the Network Setup Wizard on each machine. You can
actually run this wizard from the CD on the non-XP machines as well. This
will take care everything except specifying which resources are shared.
