Author I passed and did not pay list price

I went in and took both A+ exams today and passed them both on the first
try with good scores (839/890) after the minimum 20 questions on both (I
finished the core exam in 6 minutes).

One thing to pass along, I mentioned this before in a previous post: I
was doing this on my own, with my own money, "out of pocket", and it
goes without saying that I did not want to pay $278 to take the two
exams ($139 each, just talking about the exam fee).

Well, it's not necessary to pay that price, discount exam vouchers are
available all over the internet. In my case, I got two vouchers for the
two exams for a total of $195, over $80 off. This was the best price
that I found, after a significant search. I got them at:

http://www.ExamVouchers.com

Using the vouchers was hassle-free, they E-Mailed me two voucher
numbers, I gave those to the test center over the phone when I
registered for the exam, and that was all that there was to it. They
also have MSCE vouchers, and they are running a special ($115, I think)
on some MCSE vouchers that expire relatively soon (Early January, which
is still lots of time to use them, but nowhere near the normal one-year
period that a "new" voucher would be valid). Please mention my name
(Barry Watzman, Watzman@neo.rr.com) if you buy vouchers from these
people, they have a $5 referral credit policy. Not a lot, but every
little bit helps.

I do plan to take the Network+ Exam, and possibly soon (possibly even
within a week or so). I think I can pass it "cold", but I'm not as sure
of that as I was with the hardware exam (I had concerns about the OS
exam, because I've not used NT/2K very much, but obviously I did ok).
I'd like to get MCSE, but that will take a lot more work on the NT and
2K side.
