I wonder why you reposted the URL, though. :-)

Their spam policy applies to e-mail, but not specifically to Usenet,
but they do mention that theirs is the final decision on what
constitutes spam, which may be good or bad in the end.

If I have the time, and if it looks interesting, I sometimes check out
spam...natural curiosity of the technician, I guess. :-)
