What study materials are recommended for test preparation for the A+ exams?
I support 120PCs (NT4.0 & Win2000) Do everything except server and ghost
the PCs.

sound slike you have enough hands-on to help the a+ o/s anyway. a+ covers win9x, nt and w2k. if u know what the applets in control panel do and the right-clicks to get to the same, you are well over half-way there.

a lot recommend mike meyers' all-in-one and passport books for a+. i used exam cram. for free practise tests try www.techexams.net www.certify.com www.freecomptia.com , to pay for practise tests try www.examdrill.com www.transcender.com www.cert21.com

for a+ core exam i would suggest u get hold of some 2nd user pcs and take them apart, swap bit with each other and generally be able to identify the components. some people get photos of a mobo on their exam and are asked to point out various components.

After posting my original message I followed a link to,
I think, cramsession.com and took an A+ practice exam.
On the four different parts I scored 77%, 65%, 40+% and another 40%.
The 77% was PC hardware and, I think, the 65% was OS.
A lot of the questions I just forgot the answers. I work in an enterprise
environment with Dell Optiplexs exclusively. I'll pick up Mike Myers book
and suspect I can bring all of the scores up pretty quick.

Thanks for the helpful reply and links. I'll check out the links.
I forgot to post the other half of my question: What resources
are recommended for Network + preparation? I can probably
get my boss to pay for it.
