I'd like to get several certifications, Network+ being one of
them. But, most of my experience is with the TCP/IP protocols working
with intranets and internets. I don't have much experience with the
setting up LANs or WANs, but as an Internetworking Professional I have
some experience. Why would someone hire me if I got the Network+
certification and not someone that has 15+ years experience as
LAN administrator?

Would it be a bad thing for a company to hire a person if they
passed the Network+ certification, but the one they hire didn't have any

hands on experience. Is it possible to actually find a job with a
whole lot of certifications, but never have the experience? And, is it
actually possible to do 'the job' without experience, but alot of head
knowledge and certifications?
