| i am using Windows XP and netscape with dsl and a router. lately i have
had a lot of problems
with email locking up. i cannot get support with earthlink because i am
using a router. i can not send an attachment of 10k, or forward an email
even to myself. does anyone have a solution for me?

| Bypass the router for now so the machine -> dsl. See if you get the same
results. If you do I'd contact your the comp for the router, if you don't
call up Earthlink and get that tech support you deserve.
