| Ok here is what I have...Two pc's with one running XP and the other running
Win98. My pc (running XP) has a USB dsl modem attached. I would like to
network in the other pc to share the internet connection and some files.
When ever I use the home network setup program in XP it disables my USB
modem which I can not get to run again. I have both pc's pluged into a
Netgear hub. Any help would be greatly appriciated...
Thanks

| Get yourself a D-Link DI 704P Router. It works fine with my Win XP machine,
my Windows 2000 machine and my Laptop
running Windows 98
Hop that helps.

Does the DI704 have a USB WAN port?
It appears his dsl modem is USB, though some have both Ethernet and USB such
as some SpeedStreams.
