If you have the A+ and N+ or A+ and S+, you can apply them as credit towards
the MCSA. You will also need to take Microsoft exams 70-210, 215, and 218 to
qualify.

AIUI the answer is the same as if you had none of them except you can
use one of them as one of the elective exams i.e. you can skip one
elective.

I can get some benefits EXCEPT MCSA? I meaning use A+, Network+,
I-net+ and Server+

None that I am aware of except Novell accepts the Network+ applied towards
their CNE.
