Wireless Network problem

| Well at least maybe averting one.
I have been offered a Xircom Netwave access point. My question is that
while they both use 2.4Ghz spectrum is it compatible with the Nokia C110 I
already have in my laptop.
I am guessing that with one using SSR and the Nokia using DSSS that they
will not talk but I would like my ignorance confirmed.

I doubt this will work. I know that on my two wireless DLink cards
that I have at home, the manual for the cards emphasizes strongly that
the card will only work with another of the exact same kind.
