We're running Cisco Unity 3x for Voicemail, and on the server we're running Sql2K MSDE and Exchange 2K. While trying to perform some vulnerability patching this last weekend, we got down to the final set of Sql 2k SP3/3A patches, of which installation then broke the Exchange Management Service. I spent quite a few hours on the phone w/Cisco TAC and they are at the point of engaging Microsoft on this one. Shot in the dark, but has anyone ever seen any problems of this nature w/Exchange 2k and/or Sql SP3/3a?
