I am studying old 640-507 cisco material for the CCNA. I cant seem to
find anything telling me the difference between the new study material
and the old. Where can I find the difference in the study material??

I'm sure if you do a search on cisco.com you can find specifics, but in
general the changes are:

IPX/Appletalk , set based switches no longer covered.

Now covered but not on the old tests
VLSM, CIDR, OSPF (single area), IOS based switches
