When urinating using the no hands method utilizing the underpants strap as
stabilization, the underwear strap is placed
A. Under the scrotum
B. There is no such method
B. Under the knee
C. Under the peepee

This question is misleading because it does not mention whether they are
boxers or briefs nor does it mention weather conditions. Please clarify
