questions regarding ospf and eigrp

what are the more common problems with eigrp and ospf?

I know that under ospf if a network is not visible then chances are that
it is not in the same area or and incorrect network address has been
entered. but what are the more common and solutions (for both routing
protocols mentioned)

I am preparing to take my certification.
