| What does reload by watchdog reset mean ? My router crashed with this.

| The watchdog is a software process that monitors other processes running on
the device. If another process is deemed to be a candicate for causing
problems to the successful operation of the router i.e. using too much
memory or hasn't terminated properly, this could cause the device to at best
limit throuput, corrupt packets or at worst crash the router. The watchdog
tries to prevent this by monitoring certain thresholds and if a critical
process has exceeded a threshold the only way to rectify this might be by
re-booting the device which will re-initialise the running processes. The
problem can be caused by numerous items, a software bug or an hardware
problem.
To ascertain the culprit a detailed description of the failure of the device
would be needed along with someone with more knoledge of the device/IOS than
me.
If you have a service contract with Cisco then contact their TAC online
where they will request the relevant info.
