Move on from a 3660 to 7200..maybe 7300

| Hello,
I currently have a 3660 with one dual E1 card (NM-2CE), one RS422
(NM-4T),
it terminates the bulk of our clients both using ppp and frame relay
as the encapsulation.(I know frame relay uses more resource, just
don't know how or why!)
Of late we keep getting thi "%% Low on memory; try again later" on the
router,
somehow everytime we reload it, it stabilizes ,for a while:-)
initially I thought it was to do with all the viruses going around,
but of late I've come to analyze some data on the usage on the 3660
from the past till now and come to the conclusion that there has been
a steady increase on resource utilization.
We've come to the conclusion that a change on the equipment will be
better than upgrading what we have, whats the best way to go?, we had
been thinking of a 7200, but I need help comparing the two, and maybe
a 7300, and the equivalent modules Id need to migrate all the clients
connected on the E1's and the NM-4T module, where possible let me know
the cost implications, maximum bandwidth, etc
Don't get me wrong I've checked the site, and as far as the 7200 is
concerned I know what Id be going for, Id just like input from this
list, since some of you would have worked with the equipment and got
to know how well it performs.

Which IOS version are you using? Did you checked for memory leak bugs??
