QUESTION NO: 66

You are managing a huge network:

.. multiple routing protocols are in use

.. multiple Autonomous Systems (AS) are in use

.. two-way redistribution is in use

You need to redistribute between the different routing protocols but you are
concerned about routing

loops. What step should you take help avoid routing loops?

A. Manually configuring the default metric.

B. Manually configuring the default network.

C. Manually configuring the default gateway.

D. Manually configuring the gateway of last resort.

One thing that can introduce problems in redistribution is not specifying a
default metric. It's basic, but can wreak havoc if not done. If not
specified, some routing protocols will supply a "working" value while others
will not.
