| Hi All,
Does anyone know who at Cisco a bunch of us could approach to complain about
a CCNA lecturer/course?
We've been on the course since october and still have not had proper
'Instructor led' sessions, he has never so much as written more than his
email address on the white board. (and he doesn't even reply to emails).
He's a dead loss, we feel like we're wasting our money while all he does is
prepare for his day courses and talk about how he's going to get Cisco
Acadeny status for the college in the next 2 years...
I've been to college both full time and part time and it's never been like
this...

| I would assume you have access to the Academy website. If you don't, here is
what Cisco says on their "Contact Us" page (inside the Academy website):
The Cisco Networking Academy Program team welcomes Student members of the
Academy Community to ask questions and provide constructive feedback. Please
address questions with your Instructor. If your issue remains unresolved,
contact us using the email address below. Please be as specific as possible
when emailing your comments and questions related to the program, the
curriculum, and the assessments. Thank you for your support of the Program.
Please email us at studentsupport@external
.cisco.com. To assist us in
helping you, please include your CNAMS username and Academy Name.

| You're not doing at Reading college in the UK by any chance are you?
Complain to the head of the faculty first off. If you get no response, go to
the head of the college and start kicking up a stink. When I did the course
at the above college, we refused to pay our semester fees until it was
sorted. We were given a refund from the first semester but still weren't
happy. It was only when we threatened to e-mail Cisco directly that things
started to change.
Good luck!
