I would suggest you call their customer support line and they will be
more than happy to take care of you.

| If you have your ID, you can set up off line web browsing in Internet
Explorer. When I was taking the Networking Academy curriculum, I had a slow
Internet connection, so I set up the off line web browsing so that I didn't
have to download those pages every time I had to access them. It made the
learning experience much better (although the curriculum itself was
horrible, so it wasn't really worth spending time on, anyway).
You can go Help in Internet Explorer, then click on the Index tab and
search for "offline Web browsing". It explains how to set it up.
Basically, you need to add the main page to your favorites and while doing
so check the "Make available offline" check box. Then click on "Customize"
and select to make other pages to which this page refers also available and
then select the depth of the links. You will have to go through your entire
semester curriculum, clicking on all the links (including the movies). When
you complete it, you whole semester will be stored on your computer.
