| Are you trying to read the config from the 2600 with ConfigMaker?
ConfigMaker (CM) is only for VERY basic configurations and frankly I
wouldn't use anything it generates without modification. It can be useful if
you don't already have a config library you can use with minor changes.
Since there are more commands in the IOS then CM is capable of
understanding, and dozens of ways to accomplish the same thing in the IOS,
when you try to read from a router into CM it will usually give you an
error.
Just wipe the router and start from
scratch.....................................................................
...........oh was it in use ;-) maybe you shouldn't have done that.
