How old is the 640-507 exam

| I have study material for the older 640-507 exam. Is it worth studying this
book at all or should I update ?

| Surely, update!
Many new terms, concepts and technologies have evolved since the 640-507
version. Every 640-507 material (exam databases, ebooks,...) doesn't cover
the entire new versions.
