Is it possible to run through the questions and get the ones you know, then
go and work on the others?

Thanks

No, you can't go back.

No, unless you plan to answer the rest when you try it a second time
;-)
But if you answered all the 60 questions without reaching the passing
score and there is time left, you may be given another 15 minutes to
answer additional questions.
I don't know anyone who got those additional questions, but in their
intro they said so. I know only one person who dind't pass and that
guy had no time left over.

Hi,
As far as I know you can't go back, and also I heard the test is interactive
eg. if you miss one question you get the next one from the same area.
