You can take it up to 45 days from then.

| Just for clarity sake....
The BCMSN test is not going away and it will still apply to CCNP, it is just
changing format to reflect the more recent technologies. Test 640-604 is
being retired to give way for test 642-811. This is true with many Cisco
tests that are being retired.
So, you still can take your BCMSN, even if you don't register before Sept 7.
You just will be taking the new format. You can get descriptions of all the
tests on Cisco's web site.

Sorry all, didn't make myself very clear. I'll be taking the 642-831
(CIT) myself next which will re-instate my CCNA, so give me time
to work on my last one for CCNP, remote access.

| Remote Access can also reinstate your CCNA. So, why do the CIT before the
Remote Access?

| Because my employer has paid for me to go on the CIT course next week.
So taking that exam sooner rather than later seems a good idea.
