Author CCIE R&S Recommended equipment list

All,
I know I have seen this question posted in the past but it appears to have
been purged from my news server. Anyway, I am going to begin working
towards CCIE R&S. I currently hold both a CCNP and a CCDP so I guess this
is the next logical step.
I would like to find out what you would recommended for an equipment list.
I currently have, in my possession, the following:
4 x 2514's
1 x 2511
1 x 7206 (no cards)
2 x 1601's (no cards)
1 x 1720 (no cards)
1 c CAT3548 switch

How much of the above equipment could be put to use in the practice labs?
What equipment should I add? Any PA's or WIC's that you would recommend for
the above routers?

Thanks again,

-Brian

well 1st: RAM/FLASH 16/16 for 25xx
you will need one router to perform as FR switch - min. 4 serials,
so i would sell 7206 and bought 2522 as FR switch.
also I would sell 1600 and buy 2503 ( to test ISDN )
thats my 0.02 cent
if you have more q's mail me

I agree with Marcin, and I would also sell the 3548 and get a 3550 instead.

Pick up an ISDN simulator, too (and I just so happen to be able to recommend
a great place. www.cheapisdn.com

I'd also agree with that. However, you can get by without a router
dedicated to the frame relay switch function. All I did here was to set one
end up with the "frame relay switching" command and then set the interface
to be frame relay dce. Worked okay for me.

You definitely need to get hold of a pair of 3550's.
