How to prepare for CCNP ??

Hi gurus,
I plan to start doing my CCNP next month. I learnt that there are some
new syllabus in the new CCNP course.

So, my question is:

1. Will there be a lot of difference between the new CCNP & the old one
??
2. I wanted to buy some reference book to prepare for the CCNP. Will the
one currently in the market sufficient for the CCNP exam ?? I understand
that the new reference book base on new syllabus will only come out late
this year.
3. Which course should I start out 1st ??
