CCNA Recertifacation

| Hi,
It is true, in order to keep your CCNA certification, all you need is
to pass one of the CCNP courses.
| |
|
| You can either pass one of the 642-xxx exams, or you can pass the CCNA exam
again.

Lets say that I do the CCNA this December, and I complete the CCNP by
the end of Spring. That would make my time to renew 3 years down the
road, for the CCNP, and I would no longer need to recertify on the
CCNA. But after doing the CCNP, I do the CCSP, would I need to
recertify both the CCNP and CCSP. Or, if I do the CCIE qualifying
exam for the security specialty, would I need to recertify the CCNP,
or does the CCIE:Security only count for recertifying the CCSP?
