I am in need of the downloadable semesters 1 - 4 of the CCNA curriculum
version 3.0. I have the 2.1.4 but that's now outdated. In my area, the
internet is for the most part unavailable.

If you are not a networking academy instructor, you are not allowed to
download the curriculum.
