Help with Cisco ? A quick question?

| On my network one segament about every 2 weeks seems to be unable to
talk to the dhcp server. I can manually assign a ip to a pc & get on
the network & ping anything but I can not get a ip from dhcp until i
run the "clear ip dhcp bind" command. Any ideas/suggestions? ( There
is nothing unusual in the error logs & yes my lease is 14 days, the
other 2 segments are fine) Thankyou

| Just a guess here, do you have enough IP addresses to cover everyone that is
leasing from that DHCP server?

| I've seen something like this with the portfast command not being utilized
on switch interfaces with newer NIC's.
