can anyone help me with knowing/understanding the Cisco Operating System, as
i would like to know about these before i take the CCNA exam

This is just my opinion, but before you even think about the CCNA, you
should at least learn that it is called Cisco's IOS (Internetwork Operating
System).

If you don't even know what it is called, I don't think you will even have a
chance at getting close to passing the CCNA.

Please do not take offence to my remarks, but that is just my opinion based
on your initial request.
