all of the posts were people saying they passed ccna. anyone failed? i
would like to hear what their experiences were. was is too hard, didn't
study enough, could not concentrate cause of nervousness? i'm about to
take the ccna and would like some feedback on people who didn't do so
well. judging by reading this newsgroup, i looks like everyone took it
passed and i know that's not the case.

Failed again today. 809...so close but so far. Its rough to flunk it
but
to flunk it a few times is even tougher.

Study and you will pass.

I took it and flunk it.

It's not hard but it's long.
Don't stay too much on the question after you answer them.

It's more about strategy than about knowledge.

Actually, I did fail it the first time I took it. But that was based upon
two things 1) I was using a 604-407 book to study and 2) I just kind of
jumped right in and took it after about 2 days of studying I only failed
by 2 points, though. The exam is fairly difficult if you don't know the
material well enough, especially your subnetting. I use the cisco
documentation of what's on the exam for all the tests I've taken. (CCNA's
documentation found at
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/10...s/640-607.html.)

If you know what's going to be thrown at you, you're always ready for that
curve ball. Before I go into the tests I always run down the topics covered
to make sure I know them well enough that I could explain it to a beginner
and have them understand. Do that and you should always be able to pass.

Failed twice before I finally got through it. The passing grade is a bit
high. Then again, I think the grade should be high, in order to make the
exam actually useful
