Hi,

I am studying for CCNA, but I think the CCNA certification Guide I am using
is a little bit old as it is for the exam #640-507.
I realized that the CCNA exam number had changed to 640-607.
Is there a difference in the curriculum of the two exams? Can I still depend
on the Guide I have for the new CCNA exam?

Thanks so much in advance.

Emad

Yes, you can still pretty much use the 507 book as it's mostly the same.
What I'd probably recommend is going to the cisco website, printing out the
Exam Topics, and comparing THAT to what your book says it covers. It also
wouldn't hurt to either peruse the 607 book for changes or pick up one of
the non-cisco press study guides or practice tests.

Hope it helps!
