640-507 material suitable for 640-607 CCNA exam??

| Dear all,
I have Sybex press 640-507 book and some 640-507 study materials on hand.
I would like to ask those 640-507 materials suitable for 640-607 CCNA exam or not???
Becoz I don't want to waste those materials.
If it is NOT suitable, can anybody give me some good 640-607 study materials ?
Which book for 640-607 is good?
Pls help me.
One more question, 640-507 was retired.
I would like to ask WHEN 640-607 will retiree??

But, my old CCNA 640-507 study materials are still suitable for 640-607??

| Why don't you take a look on Amazon.com at the new book. A lot of the books
have the table of contents available to view. You can compare your contents
with the new book and see if there are any areas you need to add to your
study.

But, I am afeard it will missing some informatin although all the
chapters/topics are same!

| IANAL but my understanding is that the difference between the 507 exam and
607 exam has to do with some of the simulations. I used a 507 textbook in
December 02 and passed. ( I had the same concerns initially) As far as I
know, there is no difference in the concepts covered. It is a different
revision of the test but covers the same information. For what it is worth.
