| I'd say yes.
since there might be a 'tricky' question, asking with is the 'best' route
like, if you have a route with a certain MED, with certain weight
coming from iBGP or eBGP ... where you must choose which one
will be installed in the routing table..

| When I sat this one in Feb, about 50% of the exam was IS-IS and BGP, others have had less, but yes, know the route selection sequence. |
