My question is this given my experience and that I have access to almost
everything Cisco makes what would be a good to focus on for CCNP? What
would you experience IE's do if you were in my position given the below?
Thanks in advance!

A few years back I landed a Job in a telecom R&D lab. I was a very
experienced MCSE and was hired to fulfill client server needs. But I had
the opportunity to learn Data Networking. A year and a half ago I got my
CCNA and was totally supporting a Campus LAN (5509's and 6500's one OSPF
area all routed by 6509) w/no VTP domain sharing, 4 remote frame and T-1
networks (7200, 7500 and 2621's on the remote side).

Since then I have redesigned the Campus are by creating trunks and one VTP
domain. This way I can provide users access to test on remote networks
without physically moving around. I think I know switching well.

Routing though.... well all I know is OSPF with one area and as the network
has grown to about 45 routers I need to do something...

Amazingly enough the network was put in by an old timer who access to a
monster budget and took no chances.. so my support has been almost nothing.

Right now I can play with totally isolated for my learning two 5500 with L3
blades (token ring for source route bridging too), one 6506 with L3 an blade
and at least 5 2610-21's and at least 10 2500's. Given these things how can
I get the most out of them for the CCNP tests?
