My Hex conversion skills are seriously lacking. is there a conversion
chart or calculator provided in the exam?

You can use the simple Microsoft calculator.Or I think the exam provided scientific calculator.

I just sat 640-604 last week, and the questions involving hex included a
nice hex exhibit. It was a simple decimal to hex chart.

Make sure you know MLS and multicast!
