I have tested my VPN connetion but my W98 and W95 Clients keep failing
Im using a W98SE client connected with dial-up networking and VPN.
My NT,W2k, and XP clients connect fine using dial-up networking and VPN.

The log viewer displays the folowing:
1 12:48:01.000 09/26/02 Sev=Warning/2 IKE/0xE300007C
Exceeded 3 IKE SA negotiation retransmits... peer is not responding
2 12:48:01.110 09/26/02 Sev=Warning/3 DIALER/0xE3300008
GI VPNStart callback failed "CM_PEER_NOT_RESPONDING" (16h).

All MS updates are done on the Client,
And client settings are default (just like W2k, and it works for w2k)

Who knows what is wrong with my W98 configuration !!!!!

Get the latest and greatest client. I had a problem similar to what you are
talking about with 3.6.3
