Hi,

Does anyone know how to extract a top 100 list of networks or AS numbers
that a 7204 border router running BGP is routing?

IE: How to see where most of the traffic is going to / coming from?

Look into Netflow Accounting. Been around since ver 11.2...

Although you don't need a Netflow Data Collector to see the stats -
you can just look at them from the router CLI - you can get one for
free from various open source developers, rather than pay Cisco lots
of dosh. Perhaps the best known is cflowd - search on Google for it.
