Cheating on Cisco exam

| Has anyone ever got caught cheating on a Cisco exam?
My buddy got a letter stating that " you were caught by the Proctor
using hand written materials"
He states that he has no idea what they are talking about, and is
being falsely accused with no proof that he did anything.
He asked me to post and see if this has ever happened to anyone else
and how did they appeal it, and did the accusation get revoked?

| The test center that i use has video cameras, so there won't be disputes.
