Just passed CCNA and went to cisco cert tracking system. I completed the
agreement and went to "test history" tab and it lists the exam # and cert
agreement info and the dates.When I go to "get logos" it says "not elgible
at this time." Are ther are certain amount of days that I must wait or did I
miss completing a step in the process.I also completed everything required
in personal info tab.
