The system spec's for the 16xx to 72xx series routers are all listed in
Kpps. For Example the 2621 is capable of 25Kpps. That's nice....but at
what packet size ? When these spec's are listed for these platforms can I
assume that the packet size referenced is the standard average ethernet size
of 64kbyte ? I am in process of trying to determine actual Bit/Sec
capability of various systems...mainly the 26xx, 36xx, and 72xx series. I
fully understand that different processors drive different pps rates...but I
need to know a baseline to determine the actuall true bandwidth capacity of
these systems. Possibly these are published in other doc's....or some-one
out
there can provide me with their test results.

TIA,

-V
