| Hi,
I have a 2916M-XL (one of the older 2900 series switches). Something went
wrong when I was upgrading the software via tftp. When the switch restarted
it would not load the image and boot to the bootloader, which looks like
this:

The system is unable to boot automatically. The BOOT
environment variable needs to be set to a bootable
image.

Now I should be able to just delete the bad image and try again. To delete I
did a "format flash:", but the command do upload the software again is not
as obvious.

Can anyone help me with this??? The switch is useless with the IOS.
