consider the following ACL

i wish to block only telnet from network 171.17.0.130 to 171.17.255.1 i
implemented the following access list

access-list 101 deny tcp 171.17.0.130 0.0.0.254 eq telnet any
access-list 101 permit ip any any

the problem is that i can block telnet but ping also is blocked as well and
this is not what i want i only want telnet packets to be blocked.

any ideas??
