| OK, so I have developed (stole?) a method for acquiring a CCIE lab for less
than one would think...
Goto Ebay and find the equipment you want.. a lot of it goes for a lot less
than is reasonable...
Then go to www.Auctionsnipe.com and use their tool to swipe the auctions
from other people.. it is mean, but it works...
I have been able to get Cisco 2500s for around $100 a piece this way...

My lab (and, yes, this is just me bragging... and no I did not get all this
on Ebay... just the Cisco switches and 25xx's...)
