static maps for Frame Relay

| Quick Question, because I can never seem to remember this, or find it in my
books, even though I highlight....
the format for statically mapping a frame relay is:
FRAME-RELAY MAP IP <STATIC ADDRESS> <DLCI>
My question is: the static address, is that the next hop interface, and the
DLCI the DLCI of your port?
I realize this might seem a silly question but I can't remember and its
driving me crazy!
Any help is appreciated
Regards

It's saying: To MAP to this IP, use this Local DLCI. BTW, you can map
your own IP address as well since it's just a layer 3 to layer 2 mapping.
Think of it as manual ARP process.

| You are correct. The IP address is the destination/remote end and the DLCI
is local.
