Your question is not entirely clear. Are you asking if any class A
networks exist on the Internet? If so, yes. My company has an entire
class A range. We'll never use it all, but we have one. I'd bet
Cisco has a class A as well.

Yes they are.

http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space

will show you all V4 assigments. Where a block has been assigned to another
registra like APINC, ARIn etc. you need to go to their site to see what
they've done with them.
