Author Can someone point me to a good table of routing values

I am looking to build a table for my studies. I have always created
mneunomics in the past. I am trying to fill in the following table. If
anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it

Protocol Administrative Distance Update/Hello timer Invalid/Dead
timer Flush Timer Hold Timer

EIGRP-I 90
IGRP 100
OSPF-ETH 110 10
40
OSPF-SER 110
RIP-IP 120 30
BGP-E 140
EIGRP-E 170
BGP-I 200

(I)-Internal (E)-External (ETH)-Ethernet segment (SER)-Serial segment

I know I saw this exact table somewhere before, I just can't find it. If
anyone could fill in any of these I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jason

To help you fill your table :

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/105/21.html
You mixed up ADs & BGP
eBGP has AD 20
iBGP has AD 2000

Regarding EIGRP Hellos :
- 5-second hello:
+ broadcast media, such as Ethernet, Token Ring, and FDDI
+ point-to-point serial links, such as PPP or HDLC leased circuits, Frame
Relay point-to-point subinterfaces, and ATM
+ point-to-point subinterfaces
+ multipoint circuits : T1 bandwidth or greater
- 60-second hello:
+ multipoint circuits : T1 bandwidth or lower
+ switched virtual circuits, and ISDN PRIs/BRIs
Multiply the values by 3 to have the Dead Timer (HoldDown timer)

Another similar reference is at

Well, it's 200, anyway ;-) 2000 would be a bit high.
