| This is mostly geared to CCNP's out there and what they used to achieve ccnp
greatness =)
I'm looking for the best kit to get for ccnp study (books) Got the CCNA with
the Sybex. (preferred) although I did the cisco press as well.
So, I guess this is a little survey to find out what was preferred for CCNP
study (before I fork out the 200+ dollars for the kit)
which ccnp books did YOU prefer?
thx.

| you want to buy the CCNP books of the same name from Cscio press i.e. the
CIT,BCRAN,BSCN and BCMSN books, I used these and not the revision guides.
I passed no problems.

| Personally I was very disappointed with the (author - lammle) Sybex books. I
prefer the Cisco Press books.
Exam crams are good overall, but of course, will not prepare you for the
exam, but will give you a quick overveiw of everything before you delve into
it deeper with a more thorough book.
It really depends on the author and not the publisher, you may find more
info searching that way.

| i'm going to look at some today, anyone else got any feedback?
Would the cisco press 640-5xx library kit be enough for this?

| 640-5** and 640-6** are mainly the same .they just added some flash in
exam and also they have changed the pool of exam questions.I have
passed 640-607 by the material of 640-507 .two days before I check
640-607 sybex book , I think the main objects are just the same .

| I have to go with Cisco Press. I also find to check the objectives and
then utilize http://cisco.com is the very best method. Happy reading.
