can someone please confrim for me "cisco's" rule of thumb is it 80/20 or
70/30

just need to make this clear for the ccna exam

not necessarily, first it was 80/20, then according to the clarke & hamilton
book cisco lan switching it is 20/80 with less and less of traffic being
localized, so the scale is clearly tilting towards more remote traffic vs
localized traffic
