You have to e-mail mslpkd@microsoft.com with all your details and ID and
they reply within 24 to 48 hours which is a real pain. In my training
situation I finish 1 module and start another the next day and this initial
step causes a lot of delay. I tried phoning last night for 5 hours but no one
could give me the numbers.
