Requirements:

· Requires a BS degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or
computer science

· 3-4 years industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
systems consulting, software development, or implementation of CRM
solutions

· 3+ years training and/or instruction utilizing adult learning
methodologies

· 2+ years developing technical training courses

· Currently certified in one or more of the following:

Certified Technical Trainer (CTT)

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

· Ability to behave in a professional manner to customers and the business
community at large. Professional appearance and presentation required

· Ability to set goals and work on several projects at one time on an
independent basis

· Excellent leadership skills combined with solid written & verbal
communications

· Effective presentation, organizational and project planning skills

· Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment


· General understanding of network protocols, topology and methodology

· Able to travel 25-50% of the time

· Proficiency in most of the following products and/or technologies:

CRM Products

HTML, DHTML and ASP

JavaScript and VBScript

COM development using one or more of the following languages: Visual Basic
6, Visual Basic.NET, C++ or C#.NET

XML and XSL including the XML DOM.

Enterprise level, n-tiered architecture software

Microsoft SQL Server

COM+ Administration
Analytics, Business Process Management and Call Centers

Fluent COM developer with skills in Visual Basic or C++

· Web development (XML, ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, DHTML) experience
essential

· Microsoft SQL Server object design and development (with a focus on
stored procedures) essential

· Experience creating developer level technical documentation essential

· VB.NET or C# development an advantage

· Experience with Enterprise Level n-tiered architecture an advantage

· COM+ Admin an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Instruct existing technical courses

· prepare classroom facilities

· create a positive learning environment

· monitor students reaction to ensure understanding

· communicate clearly and utilize effective questioning techniques

· summarize feedback and make suggestions for future course enhancements

· maintain or exceed team standard for course evaluation scores

2. Independently develop high quality, technical training courses
utilizing appropriate adult learning methodologies

3. Develop training knowledge to continually improve instruction and
content development skills using internal resources, professional journals
and books to keep up with advances in training methods and technology
utilized in product line

4. Work cooperatively with all Education team members to successfully
execute the overall Education team plan. Requirements include:

· Complete project task responsibilities satisfactorily and on schedule

· Present a professional demeanor in terms of interaction with team
members other employees, partners and customers

5. Assist management in determining training needs by keeping abreast of
future product releases and at what roles/audience the training should be
targeted

6. Mentor other trainers (including, but not limited to, content knowledge
and delivery skill)

7. Collaborate with other trainers, content developers, departments, or
customers for special projects
